Shipping Policy

At Vapes Around Me, we strive to ship all in-stock orders placed before 12:00 PM EST the same day. In some cases, processing may take up to 3 business days. Back-ordered items will ship as soon as they are back in stock.

Proof of Age

All shipments require age verification in accordance with Canadian law. We utilize Canada Post's Proof of Age option on every package, and a signature will be required upon delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery, your package will be held at your nearest post office where valid ID must be presented to collect it.

Only the person named in the shipping fields is authorized to receive the package. Canada Post will not release the package to anyone else.

Orders placed by minors will be subject to a 90% restocking fee with no exceptions.

Any shipping fees associated with packages returned to sender due to failed age verification will not be refunded, including the original shipping cost and return shipping fees.

Processing

We process all in-stock orders 7 days a week, excluding Canadian holidays. Orders prepared during weekends or holidays are handed off to the carrier on the next business day. We reserve the right to additional processing time if any concerns arise with your order. Please ensure your contact information is accurate at checkout.

Free Shipping

Vapes Around Me offers free shipping on all Canadian orders of C$100 or more. We reserve the right to cancel orders we deem unreasonable to ship for free. In the event of a failed delivery due to an incorrect address, failure to pick up, or age verification issues, shipping fees will be deducted from any eligible refund.

Order Cancellations

Order changes or cancellations can be requested at any time before shipment. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate. Once an order has shipped, the package must be returned before a refund is issued. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
